1/2 cup pineapple,
smoothie w/ vanilla yogurt, strawberries, egg whites, vanilla whey protein powder. Small bag almonds, apple, seaweed
vegetable soup with 3/4 cup egg noodles, green veggie drink, green tea powder mixed with water, salad with rice vinegar.
Dinner: salmon patty on flax pita with ex.v.o.o., salt & pepper. Can't wait!!
