I had Golean cereal with almond milk and espresso
I did a 1 hour legs and back, abs w/o and a 2 mile run/walk...mostly walk, my legs felt like I had cement blocks on them!!
Lunch: cottage cheese, 3 pita chips, grapes and kiwi.
Snacks: 1 1/2 small chocolate toffee candies.
tea and 1/2 kombucha.
I feel gross! LOL

I've had a good day so far. Am very hungry and can't wait for dinner. Breakfast: yogurt with slivered almonds, 1/2 grapefruit
mid morn: protein bar
Apple, black tea with little skim
Lundh: 4 vegetable rolls wrapped in rice paper.
40 minutes Precor and abs, biceps
