Okay, yesterday I did shoulders, chest and triceps, with a walk.
I ate kind of bad, but kept catching myself from going too crazy.
You see I can do pretty great for a few weeks and then my old ways
try to take over. I get bored eating super healthy, even though I want to
soo bad and know it's how I will feel great.
Today I had an apple and an espresso.
I am doing lower body plyometrics and will sprint up and down my street for just 1 mile.
That's all I have time for. I am going to Triple 888 for lunch with a few of my friends. I turned them on to it and they love it! They like the soup, but love my other favorite dish even better. #32 with grilled shrimp and spring roll. The shrimp is grilled to perfection with 2 little spring rolls over a bowl of rice noodles with sprouts, cilantro, cukes, carrots and they give you a light fish/sweet sauce to pour over it. I am having 1/2 a dish with oolong tea and will save the other half for tomorrow.
