I was mistaken earlier about the apple...I was looking at the nutritional value
of 1cup, not 1medium apple. A medium apple is 1 point, but a large is 2 points.
Even though I get only 2 pumps at Starbucks in my latte, it still is a grande (medium)
I am having 4 points every day!!! The real way it's made is 5 points! I do enjoy it, but I'm sure it's keeping my weight up. I will def. go back to my 8ounces of skim steamed milk with my espresso or tea and a little agave. If I want the vanilla, I will add vanilla extract. I can keep it down to 1- 2.5 points. If I only had that espresso maker and the apricot flavor espresso, I could keep it down to 1point! :)
Snack: 1/2 kombucha drink (cosmic cranberry), 3/4 c mango cut up, 1 large sourdough pretzel (3.5)
Lunch: 1/2 baked sweet potato, veggie soup sprinkled with turmeric and 1piece of Ezekiel toasted. (4)
Snack: 3 almonds(.5), 1 meringue cookie(.5), jasmine tea latte with agave and vanilla(speck of each) (1.5)
